Hi, Sueoslim. We favor Stevia, in as natural a form as possible, but if you are sensitive to the taste, try a blend with erythritol.

hi at the moment I use artificial sweetners in my coffee
what can I use instead that is not harmful in any way
as I drink quite a few cups of coffee in a day and after reading you section
on artificial sweetners which says they can be a cause of depression
I would like a safe alternative as I suffer with depression and don’t need to be using
something that is making it worse.
