Hi, trimforever. You absolutely can swap as you wish.
One serving of vegetables is 1 cup (240 ml) raw, 1/2 cup (120 ml) cooked.

I am basically eating the vegetarian selections but would like to occasionally swap out a meal from the 14-Day Meal Plan incorporating meat. Can I do this? Also, what is considered a serving of vegetables? This is working well for me and I’m not hungry or craving any sweets.
