![]() | Hi, mppdx. Absolutely – you can swap whatever you want, just as long as you get a good amount of protein in the morning and eat more when you are most active (not pushing it toward the night, unless that is when you work out). |
![]() | Hi, are all meals interchangeable from different meal plans. For example, is it ok to take a breakfast from Monday, a lunch from Wednesday, a dinner from Saturday, etc. to make a meal plan for one day? |
