Ossie-Sharon 9 years ago | Hi, Suzy23. I suggest a blend of non-goitrogenic vegetables, e.g. iceberg lettuce, sweet bell peppers, tomato, zucchini, green beans, carrots, celery and cucumber. |
Suzy23 9 years ago | Hiya, I have an under active thyroid so need to avoid some foods (mostly greens), can you suggest any alternative to ‘mixed green salad’ as this is making me exhausted! Thanks. |
Ossie-Sharon 9 years ago | Hi, you two. Absolutely! |
sondra66 9 years ago | I had the same question myself. Nice to see someone else wondering that as well. |
