Hi, kitchenmoma. Great to read! Sushi is a great choice, especially when it’s made with brown rice (some restaurants will do this if you request it). How much you can have depends on your pattern. Each piece of nigiri is equal to 1/2 carb exchange, and every 2 ounces of sashimi is equal to a protein exchange.

I have enjoyed doing this Trim Down i have lost 16 pounds, i like sushi and i was wondering how much i could eat of that?
