Hi, jo6961. It seems to fall right in between artificial and natural in its potential impact on the body. If you are choosing between this and something like Splenda, this appears to be better.

I have heard about a sugar substitute called “Whey Low”. Their website is wheylow.com and this is supposed to be a natural substitute for sugar similar to Splenda only natural not artificial. Have you heard of it and what do you think of it?
