Organic sugar is still sugar, and will impact your metabolism. If Stevia is too challenging, I would suggest trying something a little milder tasting like xylitol or monkfruit sweetener (non-caloric) or coconut sugar (caloric).

i start my day with a cup of coffee. advice from dr to help prevent migrains. i can not do black. is organic sugar a good substitute in stead of stevia/
