![]() | Hi, Gale. Just about any sugar substitute requires some adjustment, but people seem to respond well to Truvia. It is rather processed, but is still better than artificial sweeteners – especially with regard to reducing cravings. Sweet Freedom is all-natural, but note that unlike Truvia, it can “add up,” though it is lower in calories than regular sugar. |
![]() | I cannot seem to break the addiction to sugar. It is really bad. How does truvia an Sweet Freedom compare in taste. Where do you buy it. Liquid or powder? |
![]() | Hi, Sparkyone1. Truvia is probably fine – it is refined, but definitely preferable over completely artificial options. |
![]() | i bought a natural sweetener called SWEET FREEDOM today. says 100% from fruit. |
![]() | Is it okay to use Truvia brand sweetener as a sugar substitute in my tea and oatmeal? |
