| | Hi, Lilyrico. Either feta or ricotta cheeses are fine substitutes for goat’s milk cheese. |
| | Hi, Dawniedark. Absolutely! V-8 is excellent, especially the low-sodium version. |
| | I’m wondering if I can substitute v8 for merry Mary cocktail? |
| | I have just started and on my first day I really wasn’t that hungry at breakfast time so I just ate oatmeal. Same thing happened on some of the snack times, I did eat a little something for snack 1 & 2, but I have just recently retired and find that I do have a lot of time on my hands, so I have tried not to eat to much because of that. I am trying to lose 10 pounds which I think is in my belly. So not sure how all this will go but I will try. |
| | I do not like goat cheese and a lot of the recipes all for it what is a good substitute? |
