![]() | Hi, Annjanette. Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and fruit are raw, while other foods are cooked (vegetables can go either way). |
![]() | Sorry, to add to my previous question. All the foods are measured as cooked but how do you know what weight to cook in first place when raw? Sorry if my questions have already been answered previously but unfortunately I do not have the time to go through all the questions/answers/forums/groups. Thank you. |
