Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index and is simply processed differently by the body, including the liver, which is ultimately one of the two major decision makers in terms of which sweetener is best. |
beyotravel 11 years ago | it is not the taste but what ever is in it make me very ill. Stevia, truvia etc. absolutely awful!!!! |
beyotravel 11 years ago | Why is coconut sugar ok but honey not??? |
Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Hi, beyotravel. When you write “tear my stomach up,” I’m assuming you are referring to sugar alcohols such as xylitol. Other than that, the non-carbohydrate sweetener recommended here is monk fruit sweetener, which has less of an aftertaste than Stevia. |
beyotravel 11 years ago | still waiting for a response |
