Hi, JillDuke. I recommend sipping on a beverage that is sweetened with a good natural, low-carb sweetener (such as erythritol) – particularly something like green tea (which is healthy and can up your metabolism) or carbonated water with a squeeze of citrus (because the bubbles can fill you up more than regular water). This can not only keep you distracted with something sweet, it ensures you get enough fluids each day, as well as good antioxidants to help with fat metabolism.
Beyond that, finding an activity to distract yourself may help. The best is some sort of physical fitness that you can enjoy – like taking a walk in a beloved area, or even just walking in place in front of a good show or movie.

I have been on steroid medication for over 20yearswith my just increasing year on year every time I take my Prednisolone Tablets (daily) within a couple of hours I am craving sugary food, what can help me with this craving.
