Hi, rosedentremont. Any starchy food that is refined (a.k.a. “white”) should generally be limited. You can get a better idea by seeing our starchy carbohydrate list and using our color coding system, wherein the least healthy options are in the darkest blue shades. You can get to the list by clicking on “My Food Choices” in the toolbar above your menu.

Hi, would someone give me a list of the starchy foods that I
am limited in to eat? Thanks
