Hi, kballhsd. First, congratulations on your major weight loss so far! Second, those last few pounds are often the hardest to lose, but definitely not impossible. The best solution for getting past a plateau is generally to make some sort of change in your physical activity. Change your routine, even temporarily, to wake up new muscles. If you have been doing steady cardio, try adding bursts of high-intensity activity – for example, 30 seconds of jogging every 5 minutes of a walk etc. If you would like more guidance with this, please do repost here.

I have lost 15 pounds, have 5 to go..I’m at a stand still….its been 3wks and no weight lost…any sugestions?
