Hi, shannoel. No, it is different from spelt bread, though there is sprouted spelt bread, of course. Sprouted wheat bread is designated as “SWG,” which stands for “sprouted whole grain” – this keeps it open to any sprouted grain, including gluten-free.
Why isn’t it in the list? Is it the same as Spelt bread?
