Is swg bread the same as wholemeal bread?

Hi, ktbiker. It is listed as “SWG” (sprouted whole grain) bread.

I eat only sprouted bread and I didn’t see it mentioned on the list of carbs so I was wondering about it. It seems to be growing in popularity so could you mention something about it.
