Peanut butter is included in the menu planner as “nut butter” – natural is best, of course, because most commercial brands add unnecessary sugars, salt, and sometimes even undesirable fats.
Those yogurts are great.
Marmite and Vegemite are quite high in sodium, and are suspected to act in the body like monosodium glutamate (MSG), so moderation is key if you can’t avoid them.

Can you tell me whether spreads ie. Marmite, Vegemite, Peanut butter are permissible in this diet?
What about Danone Activia and Mullerlight yogurts? Plain, of course. They seem to be all the rage on diet plans!
