Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | We don’t recommend Splenda because it is artifical – the company’s sister product Nectresse is much better, a combination of monkfruit and a natural sugar alcohol that has much less of an aftertaste than Stevia. |
Suefromtn 11 years ago | I like Agave nectar but not sure if it is low enough on the glycemic index to do much good at lowering blood sugar. |
Amy 11 years ago | Is Splenda ok to use? |
Kelli 11 years ago | Suefromtn. I use Steva or coconut nectar as 2 really god sweetener options. Good luck |
Suefromtn 11 years ago | Is there something I can substitute for Splenda? It upsets my IBS, and I don’t like the taste of Stevia. Also, another nutritionist put me on to coconut oil as something really healthy. |
