Hi, Lotus. One of the things that is very important to success in dieting is getting into reading labels and choosing foods based on key criteria – in this program, it is recommended to stay away from products that are too processed, with many added chemicals, sugars, etc. At first it is slow going, but as you get familiar with products, it will become second nature. Practice makes perfect.

i need specific names of foods to buy.Whole Foods is nearby. Names of specific brands of bread, cereals such as Kashi and which KASHI,AND SPREADS FOR SANDWICHES….THANKS
