Thanks for the suggestion regarding brand names. We are happy to provide any you may need. For SWG products, the most complete line is Food for Life, found at health-oriented grocery stores such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes, as well as online at http://www.foodforlife.com.

I am with you, Veronica! I would LOVE to have suggested Brand name products so that you don’t have to wonder if you’ve made a good choice.
For example- I am having trouble finding SWG crackers. I don’t care for rye or rice crackers.

Great idea – stay tuned. In the meantime, you can post here for which items you would like recommendations, and we will get back to you. For SWG, the most complete line is Food for Life (http://www.foodforlife.com). For dairy products, if you go raw, try http://www.realmilk.com; otherwise, organic – anything you find at Whole Foods Market or Trader Joe’s.

ooooh! Great question of value to many of us. SWG doesn’t get it in the G/store

Veronica19….such a good question, but I did not see a reply. I am on my first day, and to go shopping this would be of great help. Does anyone have such a list, or can thr trimdownclub supply this?

Is there a list of specific brand recommendations for foods such as Breads, yogurts, milk etc..
