 | Hi, Luckybunny1. Special K protein bars are high in artificial and processed ingredients that may work against your efforts here. They are fine as an occasional treat (each bar yields 1 carbohydrate = 1.25 protein exchange), but for regular use, we would recommend something with more natural ingredients. For example, Eat Natural bars from Essex (https://www.eatnatural.com/products/?categories=bars) – each “Protein Packed” bar yields 1 carbohydrate + 1.25 protein + 1 fat exchange. |
