![]() | Hi, nhhicks61 (and thanks, Lassiegirl!). Pasta sauce is in the Menu Planner lists, and how it is used depends on the primary ingredient – whether it is tomato-based or cream-based (“red” or “white”). Tomato sauces are generally about 1/2 cup (120 ml) per serving, and cream sauces are usually about 1/4 cup (60 ml) per serving. |
![]() | nhhicks: As for the list of free spreads – when you see it listed in your menu, click on it and it will pull up the list. |
![]() | What is the recommendation as far as pasta sauce goes? I make my own, but do add Classico which has the least sodium and sugar. Also, I still cannot find the “free spreads” list. |
