If you use unsweetened soymilk and just 1/2 cup (120 ml) each time, then don’t sweeten or use a no-carb option like Stevia, then the two lattes would together take the place of a protein exchange (such as an ounce of cheese or meat) – or in the case of a menopausal woman, a carbohydrate exchange (such as a slice of bread or 1/2 cup of cereal or pasta). |

![]() | Hi just started my journey today…. lots to get around in my head!! I have a coffee machine and I was having 4 lattes a day, I am going to try and have just 2 but have changed to soya milk is this better for you?? |
