| | Hi, Binky82 – great advice! |
| | Splenda is an artificial sweetener. As far as I am aware it’s better to use real sugar, like natural cane sugar and you probably would end up using less. Plus Splenda does have kinda a weird taste to it. At least that’s the experience I’ve had. Hope this helps! |
| | Can anyone tell me is splenda an alternative natural sweetener? |
| | Hi, Sharon. Wine in the menu planner is categories as a fat + carb (because that’s how the body processes it) – which is equal to a slice of toast with a teaspoon of butter, for example. If you get the wine at night, you can substitute with salad+dressing or two small cookies. |
| | I originally asked this question on March 4th. Can anyone help me and let me know how long you usually have to wait for answers? Thanks! |
| | This is my first day. The menu tells me to use 1 Tbsp. soy/tamari Sauce, regular. I rarely use either of these and the substitutes I rarely use either. Does it matter if I don’t use it at all or do I have to substitute it? Also, My dinner menu is allowing wine. When I go to substitute it gives me other alcohol choices. As I rarely drink and would like to save this for a weekend or special occasion, what regular beverage can I substitute it with? Thanks! |
