Ossie-Sharon 5 years ago | Hi, Ellen. Soy is a problem when it is overly processed, as in snack foods and some imitation meat products. Traditional, lightly-processed soy foods (such as tofu and soy “milk”) as well as fermented products (such as tempeh) are fine, as are green soybeans (edamame). |
ellencavan 5 years ago | I thought soy was a never eat food yet its in some recipes as is teriyaki which also has lots of sugar in it????? What about fresh soy beans???? |
