![]() | Hi, Raisay. We recommend organic unsweetened (without carageenan, if you can find it). If you are a vegan and don’t take nutritional supplements, we recommend a type fortified with vitamins B12 and D at the very least (some are also fortified with calcium and vitamin B2, which are excellent additions). |
