![]() | Hi, raisay. Minichol isn’t ideal, as it contains sodium nitrite (a carcinogen). If you like it, be sure to eat it with a source of vitamin C, such as broccoli, red sweet bell pepper, citrus, strawberries, potatoes, etc. |
