Hi, Bio Cheese is fine as processed vegan cheeses go, though it has no protein.
Have you tried making your own from natural ingredients? You may like these:

Hi, thanks for the reply. Are you able to find information about Bio Cheese? Is this healthy, suitable for a vegan diet? What would be the exchange info for this soy cheese product?

Cheezly is excellent, especially the mozzarella (it has the most protein). Each ounce (28 grams) is 1/2 protein + 1 fat exchange.

Hi, raisay. Minichol isn’t ideal, as it contains sodium nitrite (a carcinogen). If you like it, be sure to eat it with a source of vitamin C, such as broccoli, red sweet bell pepper, citrus, strawberries, potatoes, etc.
Each ounce (about 28 grams) is a protein exchange.
