If it is organic, fermented and/or sprouted, it is a viable vegan alternative. Regular soy products can indeed be detrimental to your metabolism.

Was not Soy listed as one of the TOP 5 to not eat (#4). Yet, for the vegan choices there is soooo much soy. What about some good – RAW LIVING SPROUTED (RWL) Protein Powders? I know WHOLE and SPROUTED SOY would not be included in that #4.
