Hi, Christine. Until you get comfortable with “eyeballing” things, you can use this exchange list for the ingredients in your soup: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. You will see probably after the first go around that it is really the general type of soup and quantity that count, assuming you are cooking healthy.

My menu has included commercial soups but I would prefer home made how do I know what I can exchange?
