Hi, knbishop8, and welcome. Bravo that you and your spouse are doing this together. You are correct, that generally men need more than women. You need about 15% more than your wife, which is about a sixth.
Goat’s milk is in the Menu Planner lists, but in case you can’t find it, note that you can swap in 3/4 cup (180 ml) for each cup of low-fat cow’s milk.

We started this eating plan 2 weeks ago. My wife and I are in our early 70’s. I think men need a little
more to eat then women; I’m 5’9″ and weight 202 and my wife is 5’1″ and weighs around 135. How should my
eating portions differ from my wife’s? I bought some goats milk but I didn’t see it on any menus. If I wanted to have some once in a while, where would I fit it into my eating plan?
