![]() | Hi, Camend, and welcome. Yes, you are doing it right. If it is too much for you, don’t push yourself too hard – it is just as valuable to tune into your satiety signals. If you cut back a little on the porridge and other carbohydrates, that’s fine. If you find yourself getting too hungry in the evening, add back a little more. Do focus on getting at least 5 total fruits+vegetables and 3 total calcium-rich foods each day. |
![]() | I just signed up and it seems like it’s alot of food. This morning I was allowed 1 cup porridge, nuts and an orange. I could barely eat it all. Then a snack a couple hours later. I am just wondering IF I am doing this right or not. HELP! |
