Hi, Marcella69. I suggest to take hearty shakes/smoothies and soups in thermoses with you to work. You can sip on them throughout the day. Don’t worry about what your menu says for snacks – you will get what you need.

I teach and it is almost next to impossible for me to get my snacks in throughout the day. Any suggestions!
