Hi, Disoto604. You can have snacks of non-starchy vegetables, such as celery, cucumbers, kohlrabi, lettuce and other greens, turnips, and zucchini (courgettes). They can be seasoned with lemon juice or vinegar, as well as herbs and spices.

My plan states breakfast,lunch and dinner. However I would like to know if I’m allowed to have one snack a day
