Hi, Reneebliberti. The intention is for you to eat all of the snacks. The goal is to prevent hunger so that you don’t feel deprived and lose motivation and progress. The total amount still enables weight loss, but it is more sustainable.

Hi I’m new today to the program. Are we suppose to eat all of the snacks. It seems like alot to me. I want to loose weight not gain it.
