![]() | Hi, MsPiggy. Loading up at night can actually work against your efforts here, and skipping snacks during the day will only make your hunger greater. Another option is to be physically active at night, which can “burn off” the extra before bed. If not, have you considered sipping on something (such as herbal tea, or something else light that you like) instead of snacking? Do you have a hobby that can keep you busy and distracted? |
![]() | If you don’t eat the snacks after meals can you eat one of them after dinner, that is when I really have a hard time not eating snacks is in the evening. Also, do you have to eat everything on the days menu to loose weight or can you eliminate items, such as the snacks. |
