I have only been a member for a week and have lost a staggering 10lb – I too am not eating all the snacks as I am full – surely this is a good thing? I have more energy and am more alert, Still in too much pain with the arthritis to exercise but hope that as my weight decreases my mobility will increase

Hi – no, that’s fine. I’m glad to read that you’re not hungry! Do try to get in all your fruits, vegetables and calcium sources if you can.

I am finding that I do miss some snacks, I am usually full, does this limit my weight loss
