Hi, redbaron. Those tend to be high in sugar and/or processed ingredients. To see examples of the types of snack bars we like, check out the ingredients lists for Lara Bars and Pure Bars – all whole food based, all organic.
would like to know if the Kashi and Nature Valley granola bars are something i can keep in my diet? there are a lot of nuts, seeds, oats and honey in the ones i have been eating.
