![]() | You get vitamins, minerals, carbs (including fiber), fat, and of course energy. The only thing that is missing is protein, so it would be recommended that you have it along side a good source such as an egg, cheese, or nuts. |
![]() | This morning I tried something new for breakfast. I took one cup unsweetened coconut milk, 3 fresh strawberries, 1 banana, ice and put in a blender for a smoothie. I would like to know what the benefits of a smoothie like this are if taken as breakfast. |
