| | Hi, annbobby. Have you had that reaction to bread before? |
| | good morning guys and gals just a short note….. I seem to think that I am not eating enough….mainly due to the fact that when I do have something to eat -I am too full for snacks etc and I only remember to eat when my tummy tells me it is food time……is this right also due to the fact that we cannot get ezekial bread..I had tried wholemealbread… but after noteating any bread for days…it made me feel horrible…. again is this right? |
