Hi, judeee. This program is definitely not intended to be a “diet,” but rather a lifelong healthy way of eating. You can read more about it in the main Program Guide, which you can download from “My Guides” (link on the right side of the tool bar near the top of this page). What about this program have you found might lead to yo-yoing?

What t he heck this is just what she said it isn’t If I did all this it would be just another yoyo diet grrrrrrrr !!!!!
