Hi, Edel1979. As long as you eat at similar times each day, you’ll be fine. If you can’t have all 6 meals, you can redistribute the food from a couple of the meals to other. For example, add the exchanges from your morning snack to your breakfast and your afternoon snack to your lunch (for example, at lunch you can have 90 grams of pork, 2/3 cup of rice, and the vegetables; at dinner, have another two servings of vegetables).

hi i am trying to loose weight but I am currently studying as well and due to my hours at school it is a bit hard to keep this meal planner since my lunch is usually at 4.00pm when i arrive home. i’m not sure what i can do.. can anyone help me please?
