![]() | Hi, tbrown62. Yes, of course. If you avoid processed, pre-salted foods, adding some at the dining table is less of a big deal. If you can, try to get a good-quality salt, such as Aztec, Celtic, or Himalayan, or try a salt substitute rich in potassium. |
![]() | I don’t see Salt on the list of approved herbs & spices. I know salt is bad, but it’s one of my weaknesses. Can we have ANY salt? |
