Ossie-Sharon 10 years ago | By safflower, I’m assuming you mean the oil. Regular safflower oil is not recommended because of the composition of fatty acids, but high-oleic safflower oil is better and definitely acceptable here. However, do keep in mind that it is still a fat, and not to overdo. |
