The following is a link to many rice flour bread recipes – of course, we prefer that you choose brown/organic rice flour
http://recipeland.com/recipes/list?q=rice+flour+bread
The most basic recipe is this:
Ingredients
2 tsp. sugar
½ cup warm water
1 package yeast, active dry
1¼ cups water
¼ cup oil
3 cups brown rice flour
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. dry pectin
⅔ cup milk, skim, (non fat) non-instant powder
1½ tsp. salt
2 large omega-3 eggs

Directions
Dissolve 2 tsp sugar and ½ cup water in a 2-cup bowl. Sprinkle on yeast.
Set aside for 10 minutes or until froth nearly reaches top. Combine water and shortening in saucepan.
Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl. Add yeast mix to flours.
Blend well.
Add oil. Blend well. Add eggs. Mix at highest speed with mixer for 2 minutes. Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about an hour.
Pour dough into greased, small bread pans to ¾ full. Let rise again.
Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Place foil over breads and bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from pans immediately, cool on rack.
