| | Checking my menu for this week and I realize I really need menu’s that are simpler and more cost effective. On my budget I can’t do Artichokes, Tahini (don’t know what that is), Persimmons, different types of nuts, Cod, Figs, herb sauce (prepared)(whatever that means). I need menu’s with basic fresh fruits and vegetables. If I use 1/2 of a banana for one snack, what happens to the other half, it’s such a waste. What do I do? |
