Your best bet is to stick to the Personal Menu Planner. Keep in mind that while selecting foods for your menu, it is best to mark the foods you like with a ‘Heart’ icon, this way we can add more of these foods to your future menus.
Additionally, regarding the fish oil, it is simply a suggestion based on your dietary needs (I can see that your dietary needs are Vegetarian and Dairy Free). Of course, if you are Vegan, there is no need to follow through with the fish oil suggestion.
Regarding Eggs or other foods in your final menu that you dislike, simply mark them with a ‘Remove’ icon (to the right of each food). This will remove the food from your menu (this menu and future menus), and give you the option to change it for another selection.

New to this and already regretting it! Can’t follow personal menu planner and the instant menu gives me eggs and fish oil when I’m vegan! Waste of my money and time!!
