Hi Helenaz,
Thanks for posting.
In order to add your date of birth, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to https://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the tool bar at the top of the homepage, click on your username to get into your profile page
3. Once you’re in the profile page, to the right of “Birthday”, you will see 3 boxes. The first box is the day, the second box is the month, and the third and final box is the year. To open the boxes to add your information, simply click on them and scroll up and down to select your date of birth.
When you’re done filling out the fields, click on “SAVE CHANGES” at the bottom of the page.
Once you’ve finished filling in your details, you can start using the Optimal Weight.

Thank you Ossie-Sharon. I am making good progress with recovery, can walk short distances (500m – 1km). Also doing abdominal exercises recommended by a physio. I’d really like to have an optimal weight to aim for, but your site refuses to accept my date of birth, July 1935. I’ve put in all the other relevant information. Thank you for any assistance.
