Hi, Maryjojo. If the ingredient is a major part of the recipe, try to swap it for another food in the same food group (for example, instead of peppers, try another vegetable). The program is based on food combinations, but in a big picture sense – major food groups, as well as carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

I am just starting today. Some of the recipies look good, but there are some ingredients (like peppers ) that I don’t like. Does the program still work without some of the ingredients or is the combination the key factor ?
