Also there’s an option of adding a few pieces of dried fruits (raisins, for example) to sweeten it in a natural way and without adding a lot of sugar. Still, it makes for a high-calorie breakfast so I don’t eat it too often. |

![]() | Yes, “SWG” means “sprouted whole grains”. These products are usually organic, and always the healthiest option in terms of digestion and general benefits. Nearly all of the ingredients can be found in health food stores, including large chains with good selections, i.e. Whole Foods. Such shops carry SWG products, organic everything, low-fat versions of foods, omega-3 eggs (also available at regular supermarkets) and various oils, nut butters, etc. Raw dairy products are generally available through specialty shops – easy to find online.
