Hi, caroa51. “Half and half” is a mixture of milk and cream, resulting in a butterfat content of 10% to 12%. A similar product in Oz would be something like “extra light cream”.
Can you explain what “half and half” is. I live in Australia and we might call this something else. Thanks Anne
